MN Top Team Yoga and Stretching
FITNESS YOGA: saturdays 7:45-8:45am
Fitness Yoga is a multi-level class. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or you’ve taken it for years, this is a great class for you! Gain core strength (which is so much more than just your abs), flexibility, and even burn some fat. Class will be held on the Jiu Jitsu mats - please bring your yoga mat as loaner mats are limited.

There are countless benefits to assisted stretching. Increased mobility, flexibility, pain relief (especially for sciatic pain and headaches), better range of motion, and feeling better overall.

Drop in rate: $12
10-Class Pass: $100 (Good for up to six months)
$40/month as an ongoing membership
$20 for 15 minutes
$180 for 10 sessions

About Erin Bitney,
Yoga Instructor/Personal Trainer
I'm a wife and I've had four children. I grew up in the gym with my dad who was a bodybuilder. I started teaching aerobics in 1995 at college at the age of 18, then got certified in personal training in 2003 and Yoga in 2005. I feel very fortunate to have a job I absolutely love! I was the Regional Group Fitness Manager for LA Fitness from 2007-2010 when I stepped down to have my youngest and mostly stay home. I currently teach a couple of classes a week at Life Time Fitness and on the 934th side of the Ft. Snelling Military Base and I also do personal training. I did one Fitness competition back in 2004 and a Figure competition in October of 2018. I look forward to seeing everyone in my Yoga classes at MN Top Team.
