FitChallengeMTT FIT for the holidays 6-week Challenge

Stay accountable through the Holidays! 

The holidays can be busy and stressful. Here is a great way to stay accountable to your health and fitness even through the holiday season!

This 45-minute class is designed to keep your body guessing through constantly-changing workouts using your body weight and some simple equipment like bands, balls, dumbbells, boxes, kettle bells and more. This is a no-barbell class. 

The instructor will lead you through workouts with movements that are patterned after our every-day lives (squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling) to make you fitter for every-day life!

New to the movements? Don't worry, there will be guidance and instruction through the entire class. Every class will be different, but most importantly it will leave you feeling great!

Fitness with friends is always more fun so join the class with a friend and you both get 10% off. 

Are you already a member here at MTT?  You can do a FIT Challenge too and save 10%. 

You can attend FIT classes 3 times per week:  M/W/F 6:30pm and Tues/Thurs 5:30am

$180 for the 6 weeks (18 sessions is $10/class)
