FIT CHALLENGES: Here at MTT CrossFit we run 6-week FIT challenges designed for those looking to kick start their fitness routine.  It is designed as an entry-level program to prepare people for our FIT and CrossFit memberships.  We offer 45-minute FIT classes every Mon/Wed/Fri at 6:30pm and Tues/Thurs at 5:30AM.  Click here for information on our next FIT Challenge!

CrossFit is for anyone looking for real measurable results.  CrossFit is for all levels of fitness, especially with our experienced coaches who are here to ensure you have a safe and effective workout every time you walk into the gym. There is not a program out there that gets you fitter faster.

Getting started at MTT CROSSFIt

Welcome to MTT CrossFit in Eagan, MN.  We look forward to having you join us for workouts that will change your life.

At MTT we take the CrossFit philosophy seriously and we put form and safety first.  We know getting started can be intimidating so everyone new gets to attend six CrossFit Day-One classes prior to participating in the regularly scheduled CrossFit classes. Day-One classes are scheduled at various times throughout the week, are often a one-on-one session with an experienced coach, and are designed to get you familiar with CrossFit-style workouts. 

Your first Day-One class is free.
