Are you ready to try CrossFit? We offer a variety of CrossFit classes every week including early mornings, noon and evening class times. Our memberships are unlimited, we do not require long-term contracts, and memberships include all CrossFit, FIT, and STRENGTH classes. All members also get full use of our "open gym" space during business hours. See CrossFit schedule.

- 45-minute classes
- no barbells
- simple equipment like medicine balls, dumbbells, etc
- highly trained and experienced coaches.
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30pm and Tuesday,Thursday mornings at 5:30am.
FIT CHALLENGES: Here at MTT CrossFit we run 6-week FIT challenges designed for those looking to kick start their fitness routine. It is designed as an entry-level program to prepare people for our FIT and CrossFit memberships. We offer 45-minute FIT classes every Mon/Wed/Fri at 6:30pm and Tues/Thurs at 5:30AM. CrossFit is for anyone who is looking for results, loves a challenge, and wants to get better every time they walk into the gym. There is not a program out there that gets you fitter faster. You do not have to be an experienced athlete to do CrossFit. Whatever your goals may be, whether it's weight loss, strength, endurance or just to be fit for everyday life, we'll get you where you want to be!

Welcome to MTT CrossFit in Eagan, MN. We look forward to having you join us for workouts that will change your life.
At MTT we take the CrossFit philosophy seriously and we put form and safety first. We know getting started can be intimidating so everyone new is required to attend at least 6 of our CrossFit Day-One classes prior to participating in the regularly scheduled CrossFit classes. Day-One classes are scheduled at various times throughout the week and your first Day-One class is free.
