MTT Fitness – Real Fitness for Real Life

Located in Eagan, MN, MTT Fitness has been a trusted hub for functional fitness since 2011. Formerly a CrossFit affiliate, we chose in 2025 to evolve beyond the brand — refining our program to better serve our community’s needs. Our MTT Fitness classes are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and train with purpose. While rooted in proven strength and conditioning principles, our workouts go far beyond the basics — supporting all fitness levels with expert coaching and a welcoming, results-driven environment. Whether you’re an experienced athlete, returning to fitness, or just getting started, our group classes meet you where you’re at and get you where you want to be. We have flexible class times, easy monthy-to-month memberships, and a whopping 34 class times per week: 5:15am, 6:30am, 9am, 10am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:40pm, and Saturdays and Sunday mornings. Your membership includes unlimited Workout of the Day, Sweat45, Endurance and Strength-specific style classes – plus full access to open gym during business hours. Open to ages 14 and up,

MTT Fitness is for anyone ready to get stronger, move better, and see real, measurable results. Want that constantly varied workout that includes barbells, cardio and strength? That's our WORKOUT OF THE DAY. Want to sweat, get in and out fast and simplified movements? That's our SWEAT-45. Want an old school lifting and strength training sesh? That's our STRENGTH classes. Want Hyrox-style conditioning training? Check out our ENDURANCE classes. Our experienced coaches are here to make sure every workout is safe, effective, and aligned with your goals. No gimmicks, just proven training that delivers results.

Start Strong With our Foundation Sessions

Whether you're new to fitness or getting back into a routine, our Foundations Sessions are the perfect way to rebuild confidence and learn the essential movements used in our Functional Fitness program. These one-on-one training sessions move at your pace and give you personalized coaching on proper form, strength basics, and safe technique—so you feel ready to join group classes or continue with private training.

Choose Your Foundations Package: 5 private sessions for $189 or 3 private sessions for $139. You’ll work directly with our expert coaches to develop strength, improve mobility, and become familiar with the core movements we use in every class. It’s the ideal starting point for anyone looking for effective, beginner-friendly fitness in Eagan. After completing your sessions, you can easily transition into our monthly Functional Fitness membership or continue with private training at our regular rate—whatever keeps you moving and feeling your best.
