At Minnesota Top Team we have a fully equipped weight room plus cardio equipment for all your weight-training and fitness needs. Our weight room is available to all MTT members whenever the gym is open. Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up, get started on a weight training regimen, learn the basics of health and fitness, or enhance your athletic performance, we have several trainers available for personal training instruction for 1/2 hour or 1 hour sessions that can help you reach your goals.

Minnesota Top Team offers early morning yoga classes Monday-Thursday with Al Pann for adults and Saturday morning classes for both adults and kids. Yoga Schedule
SLOW FLOW YOGA: Adults
Monday/Wednesday 7-8:00am
Saturday 8-9:00am
This class leads practitioners through a slow flow of postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques. This meditative practice includes longer holds to ignite the body's internal heat and allow deep release to occur. Some intermediate postures are introduced. This class builds strength, grace, flexibility and concentration.
VINYASA I: Adults
Tuesday/ Thursday 6-7:00am
Saturdays 10-11:00 am
Vinyasa is a practice where postures (asanas) are connected through the breath (pranayama) for a transformative and balancing effect. The pace of the sequences is faster than slow flow classes. In this class we will build heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength.
YOGA KIDS (WITH OR WITHOUT AN ADULT!)
Saturday 9:15-10:00am (ages 7-15)
This is a beginner yoga class for kids ages 7-15. This is a great way to teach kids patience, help them increase their strength and flexibility, and instill the benefits of yoga at an early age all in a fun learning environment. Kids can attend class alone or with a parent or adult.
