Larry Grace, Jr.
goalie Strength & Conditioning Coach
While Larry does not participate in coaching Minnesota Top Team hockey/lacrosse training programs, he does run his goalie training programs out of Minnesota Top Team's facility.
Larry is a native Minnesotan, born and raised in the St. Paul Minneapolis area. Larry has been involved in hockey as a goalie, goalie coach, and hockey strength & conditioning coach for over 25 years and played his youth and high school hockey in Apple Valley Minnesota. After graduation, Larry went on to play junior hockey before attending the University of Wisconsin Stout where a foot injury ended his competitive playing days and led Larry to the field of strength & conditioning. While at the University of Wisconsin Stout, Larry earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Development, with a minor in Psychology. Larry is currently working on his master's degree from the University of Minnesota in Kinesiology. Larry has a wide range of knowledge in hockey strength & conditioning and over the past 7 years he's had the privilege of working with and learning from some of the most respected hockey strength & conditioning coaches in the country. Over that time Larry has trained players from the Pee-Wee level to the NHL. During that time he trained players moving from the high school and junior hockey levels to the Division I and III college level as well as trained players moving from the college and major junior ranks to the pro's.
